The aim is to expand the city center and create new living space. The city center should continue to develop in the planning area at Berliner Platz and perceive the newly acquired building complex as a further, attractive pivot point in the cityscape.<\/p>\n<p>The new building volume is viewed as a mixed-use building. The urban space is stretched like a green carpet over the entire rising building and, in addition to a city park atmosphere, ultimately offers a viewing platform over the entire city at the high point, as well as a caf\u00e9 and restaurant that invites you to linger at this point.
