A contemporary apartment building is being built on an idyllic hillside property in Taunusstein-Wehen, which was designed in the form of a cubic structure with a gable roof. A total of four exclusive residential units are spread over three floors. The 2 to 3 room apartments are characterized by individual design and are south-facing to ensure maximum daylight and a pleasant living atmosphere.
The ground floor apartments impress with spacious terraces and a private garden area, while the unit in the basement is designed to be barrier-free and wheelchair accessible. The bedrooms in the attic benefit from additional space thanks to cleverly placed dormers. Particularly outstanding is the large dormer in the open living area, which offers an impressive view of the lovingly landscaped garden. The open and light-flooded living and dining areas create an inviting atmosphere.
Our apartment building meets the strict requirements of efficiency house level 40 in accordance with the guidelines of the federal funding for efficient buildings (BEG). We not only focus on modern design and maximum living comfort, but also on sustainable and resource-saving construction that meets current energy standards.
