New construction of an apartment building
The property near the Nerotal valley in Wiesbaden is characterized by its steep slope, which drops about three meters from the road to the garden.
The hillside location allows for the creation of additional living space in the basement, in addition to the four residential units. This basement can be fully opened up to the garden, maximizing natural light. The main entrance is located on the ground floor, facing the street. It provides access to two apartments with spacious, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas. The first and second floors house two maisonette apartments with expansive roof terraces offering 360° panoramic views. The building’s orientation, opening towards the valley, affords breathtaking panoramic vistas. A balcony spanning the entire width of the building allows residents to fully enjoy these views.
