The multi-generational house built around 1900 with large commercial space, which was most recently used as a restaurant with a large hall area, is to be converted to purely residential purposes. The 4-storey building complex with a gross floor area of approx. 750 square meters is being completely renovated and replanned. In addition to the internal renovations, new window openings will also be added. A total of six new, spacious residential units will be created, with apartment sizes ranging from 80 to 140 square meters of living space.
